ACTBEST Core-Swept Step Thru Electric Bike Review: Is This 750W Commuter Worth It?

The ACTBEST Core-Swept electric bike is a budget-friendly city cruiser that punches above its weight at just $300. For the price, you get some really nice stuff like a removable battery that's safety certified, built-in lights for riding at night, and an easy-to-read screen that shows your speed and battery level. The step-through frame is super convenient for getting on and off quickly, and it can fit people from 5 foot 4 inches all the way up to 6 foot 5 inches tall. The bike can go 50 miles on one charge if you help it out by pedaling, which is actually pretty impressive for this price.

This bike is best for people who need to ride to work or school in the city, or folks who just want to cruise around the neighborhood on weekends. If you live somewhere flat and need to go 5 to 10 miles each way, this bike will do the job nicely. The removable battery is great if you live in an apartment and can't bring the whole bike inside to charge. Older riders or people who find regular bikes hard to mount will love the step-through design. At this price, it's hard to beat if you just need basic transportation that doesn't use gas.

However, this bike isn't for everyone. If you live in a hilly area, the small 350 watt motor will make you work pretty hard going uphill.
